Understanding your body
Your Body Is Not Your Enemy
If losing weight has felt like a fight, you're not imagining it. Your body adapts to the life you live. Stress, short nights, skipped meals and long hours sitting all change how it responds, including how hungry and tired you feel.
That isn't a flaw. It's protection.
So instead of fighting your body with stricter rules, try a different question: what would help my body feel supported today? The answer is often small. A little more sleep. One nourishing meal. A short walk.
You don't have to change everything. Pick one small step, and start working with your body instead of against it.
