Understanding your body
Movement Without Punishment
You don't have to burn off what you ate. Movement isn't a punishment for eating, and it doesn't have to mean exhausting workouts.
Your body benefits from many kinds of movement. A walk. Some gardening or house cleaning. A dance to a favorite song. A game of table tennis.
Start where you are. The right starting point depends on your health and what feels safe and comfortable for you. Then choose something you'd actually want to do again, because the habit that lasts is the one you enjoy.
Movement can be a way of enjoying your body. Not fighting it.
