Understanding your body
Sleep and Recovery
Sleep isn't wasted time. It's when your body recovers and resets.
After a short night, many people notice more hunger, stronger cravings, less energy and harder choices. That's not a lack of discipline. Your body is simply running low.
You don't need a perfect bedtime routine to sleep better. Pick one thing for tonight:
- Put your phone away thirty minutes before bed.
- Go to bed at about the same time.
- Make your bedroom a little darker, or cover small LED lights.
Better sleep won't solve everything, but it makes many other habits easier. And rest is not something you have to earn.
