Understanding your body
Hunger and Nourishment
Hunger is not a test of willpower. Your appetite is shaped by sleep, stress, how much you move, the meals you eat and sometimes the medication you take.
So instead of only eating less, ask a different question: what would nourish me?
Start small:
- Add a protein source to one meal. Protein helps support your muscles.
- Add one vegetable.
- Notice which meals leave you comfortably full, and which don't.
There are no universally good or bad foods. Your own experience is the best guide, and the free workbook has a simple page to write it down.
Nourishment is about supporting your body, not punishing it.
